Went for a baby scan, got given photos of someone else’s baby scan! Unacceptable!
Tried to book a blood test June 2024.. checked website which says no slots available. went forward as far as August ----- nothing!! Absolutely unbelievable!!! Rubbish service.
Very professional health care centre
Dishonest staff. Lady on phone was rude and not really helpfull, no communication skills at all. Made a booking for 3.25pm blood test. Came 5 mins late due to traffic, you would expect a small delay due to traffic, and women in reception office didnt take any details down not even a name she just said go to waiting area. Another women seated us and said wait here Sat there for a good 20 minutes so we asked one of the staff if they knew we were here, she says they have gone home.
