Excellent development in Northfleet was just visiting final building site area
I bought a Dickens property 2 years ago ( freehold) I was not informed I had to pay a service charge until I received my first bill from them. REMUS Management have taken over from the original Management company and have implemented permit parking. My house came with 2 parking spaces and I have received numerous parking tickets even though they are my spaces. I have now put my house up for sale. Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid at all costs.
Looked ok all electric heating is a no no. Was not shown an apartment
