These guys were terrible. I spoke with the sales person in advance about some plumbing that needed to be done. They suggested getting it done first then they would come in to do theirs. I did it then Olshan totally busted up the 12k plumbing work I had done and now they are saying they will not cover the cost of those repairs. Horrible business practice. The cost for Olshan was over 75k and they dont warranty anything they mess up! Buyer beware

I DO NOT recommend Olshan. I purchased my home in October 2023 and the previous owner had given me a quote from Olshan for foundation repairs totaling $3000 from January 2023. The estimate was for Poly to be placed to support the interior of ***********. I called Olshan and someone came out and evaluated my home and said I would need 10 piers around the exterior and Poly for the interior, totaling $8000. Olshan stepped up! Not only is the customer service office friendly, helpful and attentive to my calls and requests, but they always showed up on time, were respectful, gave me a contact to the supervisor for the various foundation repair /leveling and plumbing jobs we had scheduled. They kept us informed of their progress, and all of the cracks sealed up after work was done, and they cleaned up as well! I would never use or refer anyone for foundation repair except the Olshan Foundation Company. I am completely happy and satisfied with the thoroughness and professionalism of the entire team. I was not only impressed with the on-time scheduling, but also with the manner in which the crew left my property. It was as if they were never there. The yard was cleared of all debris and the area in which they worked was left immaculate.

Olshan destroyed my house! The unsupervised crew of 5 Guatemalan guys, using their own guesswork, lifted the house the wrong way and beyond reasonable limits causing the destruction of bathrooms, collapse of walls, and the caving of second floor floors - see photos. Olshan is UNINSURED and theOlshan Contractors are uninsured as well. Think of that... I discovered the the result the hard way. Olshan did an outstanding job on the foundation of my home in ********, *****. The crew was conscientious and professional. I would definitely hire these folks.
