Not very impressed first sent to the billing address not the delivery address. Now a month later the cushion has gone flat. Not answering emails or phone. Useless. What happened to 12 month guarantee??!!

I am still waiting for screws to keep back rest in place when folded and a damaged arm rest. The scoote was delivered earlier this yearas a refurbished machine.. Three times I have been told that the parts would be delivered. Not happy with the service.
