Keep IT Simple has been taking care of our dental practice since 2014. We've been very happy with the service they have provided us over the years! One of the most important things about owning a dental practice is having a great IT company to call on when you need them with fast response times and knowledgeable technicians. Who is not responsive in this review are not the technicians but the owner, Thomas Kane. Email, text, phone calls are all ignored when trying to get money back that is owed us from this company. I'm sorry to be writing this but PLEASE check references (and not the ones they give you!) The accounting is HORRIBLE.
While we experienced wonderful service initially that lulled us into a sense of complacency, I encourage you to carefully review all credit card charges made on your account by this company if you choose to give them your credit card number. We have had significant issues and it is my understanding that multiple other practices have as well Toups Family Dentistry
