Absolutely had me off with a bonding fee over a failed credit check. ( a CCJ I was unaware of) Wouldn’t let me input references until the money was paid either. going through a hard time enough lately and these lot just took £200 of my limited funds.. crazy how this is legal that money could of gone toward flattening my debt instead it just lands me in more debt for no fault of my own. I viewed a rental property in Swinton recently with my partner and was shown around by Simon. He was so professional in answering all our questions during the viewing. Even though the property wasn’t right for us we will definitely be looking forward to viewing more with Keenan’s and Simon.
