A few weeks ago I was walking along Chippendale Way in Uxbridge. Builders, working on a Kearns development, had dug up the pavement. As I approached one builder stepped into the road to help protect me from any traffic that might have been passing by, he also apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused me. It was so refreshing and encouraging to meet some really polite and considerate builders. They really were a credit to your company. Please do pass on my thanks.
