Tom was very helpful at helping us measure and only took him an hour to do the door
Awful service. Tom was helpful to start with but when something went wrong he ignored myself and partner and kept our money. The issue was caused by Tom convincing us to spray the door. We stupidly believed him, but Solidor have since confirmed the door shouldn’t be sprayed and will invalidate the warranty. He suggested we had the door sprayed because I was going to go elsewhere to get the right colour: The door expanded and retracted with heat, which exposed the white underneath.
