I had an extremely unjust, corrupt and perverse experience with Jonathon Dee, a barrister at Nottingham Crown Court. From what I observed, his approach lacked integrity—he seemed more focused on ensuring his lies were etched into the minds of the unsuspecting jury, than ensuring justice. He wilfully misrepresented facts and manipulated proceedings to suit his own interests, showing little regard for the trial process. Claire Garton is a brilliant Barrister. I was in a position where I was being accused of all sorts of untrue accusations and the ex restricting me access to my children despite her abusive nature towards them, leaving my 6 and 3 year old daughters unattended for hours, shouting and screaming at them, letting them fend for themselves, collecting the children from school and driving whilst consuming alcohol. Very discourteous and arrogant. They took all my paperwork and sat on them for days. I had to follow up for response, only to be told they could not take my case. No decent explanation or even a an apology. I do not recommend this place. I’ve given them one star, because the review system would not allow zero star.
