We are one of many Kansas City barbeque restaurants around the city but unlike most we still serve barbeque in that true KC tradition. And by Kansas City tradition we simply mean that we are preparing our barbeque and food products today as it has been done in the midwest for over 100 years! Overall, simplicity is the key word in our operation. To this day, the atmosphere and cooking methods have virtually remained unchanged, evoking a pleasant step back in time and memories of fantastic BBQ.

Had a great meal there yesterday on the way back home to Detroit.
I eat here 2 or 3 time's a week, try the smocked sausage pulled pork with coleslaw sandwich. It is Delicious!!!!!!
Absolutely wonderful. I've stopped several times. The ribs are deliciously meaty and succulent. The half chicken, just right. And the corn is outstanding. A must stop. My dog gets excited when we get close to their cooker, he knows what up.
This place was fantastic - I am a food Nazi from Brooklyn NY & trust me, if I didn't absolutely love it I'd be vocal � I thanked the owner for "one helluva sandwich" (pulled pork & cold slaw)
Well...the cheesy corn was good. The ribs (supposedly the best in KC) were dry and lacking in much flavor. The BBQ beans were just disappointing.
Best BBQ I have ever had. Workers were extremely kind and took excellent care of us. Would highly recommend this place.
Excellent place to stop for lunch, one of my favorite bbq places , had the meat lovers special, with ribs, pulled pork, and ham .. the baked beans and the potato salad great also... Definitely will be back...
I have been all over the country and have had BBQ everywhere I been this place has ruined BBQ from anywhere else for me. My co driver and I both agree this is the best BBQ we have ever had. Stop in and find out for yourself.
Just sampled 5 minutes ago. The house sauce is slightly sweet and has a teriyaki tint and tast to it. The sweet sauce was great. Did not sample the hot. BBQ sauce. The ribs and pulled pork are top notch. Ribs are really lean and tender. The beans have a slight kick to em. Ham and turkey were delicious too.
