We are one of many Kansas City barbeque restaurants around the city but unlike most we still serve barbeque in that true KC tradition. And by Kansas City tradition we simply mean that we are preparing our barbeque and food products today as it has been done in the midwest for over 100 years! Overall, simplicity is the key word in our operation. To this day, the atmosphere and cooking methods have virtually remained unchanged, evoking a pleasant step back in time and memories of fantastic BBQ.

For a truck driver that travels all of the USA. this is the best place for ribs and condiments. Always stop and get a rack ribs when i come through. Also the staff is very friendly, made me feel at home.

Got the "kicking cuban" sandwich, it was alright but lacked flavor and wasn't prepared as the menu described. My server bless her heart was brand new and the management and other employees just let her drown so I was thirsty for the majority of my visit. The worst part was price, menu said it came with side and drink but was charged 6 extra dollars for a "combo" fee which I didn't understand. Don't recommend this place at all!

Ate here with the family and loved everything! The food was amazing and the people are so friendly! We'll definitely be back if we're in Kansas City again!
