We are one of many Kansas City barbeque restaurants around the city but unlike most we still serve barbeque in that true KC tradition. And by Kansas City tradition we simply mean that we are preparing our barbeque and food products today as it has been done in the midwest for over 100 years! Overall, simplicity is the key word in our operation. To this day, the atmosphere and cooking methods have virtually remained unchanged, evoking a pleasant step back in time and memories of fantastic BBQ.

Stppped for lunch w/wife, had 3 meat platter. A lot meat on the ribs, loads of pulled pork & large portion of sausage. More food than we could eat. Great service & priced reasonably. Will stop again.
This Carolina trucker absolutely loved it here. TRY THE BBQ BEANS!!!!

Not bad. I got a full rack. They were a little dry and 33 bucks was a little expensive. But not bad. Staff was very friendly. I'll order the pork plate next time.
The most tender fall off the bone baby back ribs. Wait staff were super pleasant and attentive. In fact I just finished the leftovers and was still lip smacking good. Truckers on I-70 stop at the Petro at Oak Grove, MO
We had the ribs and they were perfect. The sauces they offered were great and we each found one we liked. The restaurant was also very clean and nice to sit inside or outside.
I had some brisket. Well it was a bit tough n dry felt like jerky.. but the ribs were perfect..
