We are one of many Kansas City barbeque restaurants around the city but unlike most we still serve barbeque in that true KC tradition. And by Kansas City tradition we simply mean that we are preparing our barbeque and food products today as it has been done in the midwest for over 100 years! Overall, simplicity is the key word in our operation. To this day, the atmosphere and cooking methods have virtually remained unchanged, evoking a pleasant step back in time and memories of fantastic BBQ.

Babybacks catered my sons wedding. We had 130+ people and not one complaint or bad review. The food was out of this world! Paula was amazing and we didn't have to do a thing. Our guest raved about the ALL the food. I would definitely recommend Babybacks for any function or just a great dinner out! Thank You Paula for everything you did to make the kids day wonderful!!
This place is small but it's quality is enormous! The meat fell off of my ribs and was mouthwateringly delicious. Mac and cheese was yummy and the mustard potato salad is better than Grandma's. Just stop in and try them, you will not regret it!

The girls at TLC Grooming absolutely enjoy the food! Fall off the bone ribs, delicious pulled pork sandwiches, and wonderful brisket! 5 star worthy, for sure!!! Can't wait for them french fries to be on the menu! (;
Babybacks Rib Shack in Grain Valley is wonderful! We had a perfect dinner! Love the House BBQ sauce & ribs!! YUM!
