I always feel better after a visit to Kay ! She is very professional, thorough and methodical in her practise to tease out all those knots and kinks... Magic hands !!!
Wonderful massage. I arrived for appointment in discomfort, and I drifted happily out afterwards and slept exceptionally well that night.
Just miracle. I couldn't sleep because of shoulders pain. First visit - huge pain relief, back to normal sleep. second visit - back to normal life. Amazing.
I have been seeing Kay only briefly for therapeutic massage following a serious accident. Whilst I am only six months post- operation and trauma Kay’s thorough work is enabling me to make a much faster recovery, with a reduction in pain and medication that has helped me return to my barre and Pilates classes, and to walk more normally. The resultant mental health benefit (ask my family!) is well worth the fees - and the minor discomfort of getting muscles and tendons back to normal.
