My toilet flush mechanism broke on a Friday, and Lee from K&B Plumbing attended the same day to replace it. I appreciated the prompt response. However, over the weekend, the refill pipe began leaking — something I only noticed when water started dripping through the ceiling into the kitchen below on Sunday. We had our airing cupboard tank spring a leak on a Sunday lunchtime and struggled to find a plumber who wouldcome out to make it safe and drain the tank and radiator system. Eventually we found Keshar and he was good enoughto come just 20mins later. He provided us with a price to replace the tank and returned two days later to do the lob. Really prompt response for a very short notice call out to find and fix a suspected leak I had located to “somewhere behind the back of the kitchen sink”. Actually arrived ahead of time, work-mats down ready to go at 8am. Tidied up and left things as they were, minus the leak! Great peace of mind given I am due to travel in a few days and would have been worried. Thanks!
