My experience with Kaytons and Naomi in particular was nothing short of splendid. Naomi was proactive and prompt with her emails and updates and took the time to check in, making the usual stressful moving antics stress free and pleasant. Would 100% recommend using Klaytons and Naomi for the great customer service and experience they provide.
We have overall had a positive experience with Kaytons. Renting a flat in central Manchester that has had numerous maintenance issues at no small cost (e.g., leaking boiler, broken microwave, broken dishwasher etc.), Pawandeep has been responsive, helpful, and professional in helping us work through any problems and providing solutions.
