Jose was such a pleasure to work with. He did everything he could to accommodate my wants and needs with my vehicle purchase. He even came in on his day off to let me do my test drive. He always responded to my texts and emails in a timely manner. The sales manager and the finance guy were also very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I would highly recommend Courtesy Ford and Jose, as a sales person, to my friends and family for their vehicle purchases!

#1 said they call me monday, never did. i called them, said i should hear something in a hour or two. never heard anything. got a text tuesday afternoon, we should know something soon. never heard anymore. i don't recommend salesmans that have you test drive a certain vehicle and then throw you into something 10times smaller. they will put u into something even if its not what u want, because they dont care, as long as they can get a sale. very discouraged with these car people. Amanda listened to what our wants and needs for a new vehicle were and got us into exactly what we wanted. Her knowledge was awesome !
