I found myself stuck at kwik trip last Thursday after getting gas. The key fob for my 17 Explorer wouldn't register that it was in the vehicle due to the electronic sign at kwik trip potentially being on the same frequency. After a short call to Courtesy and chatting with Evan (maybe? I'm so bad with names...) he didn't hesitate to jump in the car and drive to my location to get me started up again! I'm from middle of nowhere Kansas and I traveled up to Wisconsin to go to Northern Invasion with my best friend.. We couldn't figure out the GPS on my vehicle and were sitting in the parking lot for a while tinkering with it.....thank God to LEXI WILSON for saving my life.. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service we received at Courtesy Ford !!!! We were warmly greeted by Evan who rolled out the red carpet for us! He was not pushy but personable and willing to do whatever it took to get us our "dream" truck!! Then comes Bryce to also assist us and help us not only at getting the right truck but at a good price! They went beyond the call of duty to help us find the color and style. Just had a great experience buying a 2018 F150 Lariat. Jose Jimenez was very helpful and the deal was reached efficiently in < 2 hours and took delivery the following morning.
We have been working with Jose Jimenez for about a week and he is very helpful and responsive to all our questions. We stopped in to look at a used vehicle and it sold before we could make it back to work out a deal. Jose let us know as soon as the vehicle sold and let us know there was going to be a similar one coming in about a week. As soon as it came in he contacted me and sent me numerous pictures. Jose has gone above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle for us!
Jose Jimenez helped me while I was trying to find a car. Although I didn’t end up getting a car there, he was super helpful and informative. I would highly recommend working with Jose!
