Crystal was amazing and worked her butt off to get us in a vehicle that fit our needs. we had a terrible experience with Mad City Mitsubishi and by the time we ended up there were both extremely skeptical. Not once did she mislead or steer us wrong. Couldnt be happier with my new vehicle or her customer service and determination to make things work for us.

Jose was very personable, the whole team was great to work with.
After shopping for a car for months, I finally found the perfect car (at a great price, too). I set up an appointment to test drive the car, but I decided I didn't want to wait, so I made the two hour trip a few days early. I worked mostly with Carol and Andrew, and they were both extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I left with the car I wanted (including going above KBB value on my trade-in), and they found me a loan at half the interest rate I was expecting.
