Not happy with how all of my paperwork was messed up and they didn’t transfer my plates to my new car and the warranty paperwork got messed up as well. Hard to believe that this is a one time oops..

Crystal and everyone at Courtesy Ford are awesome. They found us a nice truck and also got the financing within our budget. When every other dealership turned us down because we dont have the best credit. They made the process so easy. They treated us like members of the family. We are now the proud owners of a new to us 2016 F150. If you're in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend courtesy ford in sauk.
