I know nothing of this business or the quality of their operations. I dont' even know where they are located. But they get a 1 star from me for paying FB to shit their advertising feces onto my newsfeed, and I'm blocking their page, just like I do with every "sponsored post" page.
Charlie, at Kayser, was extremely helpful today. He was never pushy and helped us find a vehicle that was perfect for us. The next vehicle we buy, WILL be from Kayser. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us today. Best experience we have ever had at a dealership.

I was driving through and noticed something wrong with my rear brakes. I stopped in at 4:58pm (when the service department closed at 5pm) and Kevin was more than willing to help me out and reassure me I could make it home safe. I whole heartedly thank him for taking the time to help us!

Ryan was great to work with! I test drove two vehicles late on a Monday night, and by Tuesday morning I was driving one of them off the lot. This is my second vehicle from Kayser Sauk and I will definitely keep them at the top of my list for recommendations to friends and family, and when I get my next vehicle (in several years!). I was looking to trade my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan with another one but ended up with a 2015 Chrysler Town & Country instead. I am in love with it after only 1 day! I was happy to work with Justin Lewis again too :)
