The Service Dept is very good. Always there to help. Aaron is excellent. Will be buying my next truck there. He waited for me to bring there vehicle back to get mine. Can't say enough good things about him
there service department is not very good at all they don't return calls like promise and take way to long in simple jobs on vehicles don't reckoned for getting work done. they tell you times when it will be done they avoid your number and give me a different excuse each time
I purchased a vehicle almost nine months ago from Ryan. It wasn’t detailed so he said I could stop by another time when I was in town and they would touch it up for me. Patti was very accommodating setting up the appointment. I was so blown away by the service... it feels like a brand new vehicle. They even completed an oil change and tire rotation the same day so I only made one stop. Chris helped me pick up my vehicle after hours. What a great team and highly recommend Kayser of Sauk City!

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Kayser. First off I will state that, Bob, our sales rep was fantastic. We realized that the truck we bought had some suspension issues. Aaron and the service department went above and beyond to make the issue right. It has been a long time since I felt a true appreciation for a customer like that and that they weren’t out for their bottom line. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Kayser Chrysler of Sauk city.
