Worse experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. Classic bait and switch. Offer a price online at low rates for qualified buyers, get to the dealership and if you aren't careful you will miss the price tag tbey have hanging on the car is around $1,000 dollars more. And that rate? Oh thats controlled by a third party and its wrong, even if its on our website and you are a well qualified buyer you dont get that rate. I bought a new Jeep and Zach did a great job. But the reason I put 2 stars is because the service is poor. I was not informed that they did not have synthetic oil in my vehicle so I could not go to the 10,000 limit my vehicle showed me. I un knowingly went for my first oil change at 10,000 and still was not informed of my options or that I cannot go that long with the oil they put in. Zak Smith helped me buy a truck on Saturday. He made the entire experience the easiest car buying experience I had ever had. Zak didn't pressure me in anyway and could answer all my questions easily. I'd highly recommend buying from Kayser. They have a great variety of vehicles to choose from and their pricing was amazing. I will definitely be a return customer when I buy another vehicle and will recommend him to all my friend as the go to guy!!.
A dealer with no service is not a dealer. Once again we ride the warranty service nightmare roller coaster. All we ask is that you keep us informed. A "30 minutes fix" that will be nearly 3 hours and no phone call. Come on guys, our life does not revolve around your inability or willingness to communicate. This will be my last purchase here, I will drive the 30 minutes if I need anything further.

We worked with Charlie in buying our 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. When we went we had a truck to sell first and Charlie understood our situation and wasn't pushy at all. After we punched numbers he gave us time to think and left it to us to call him when ready - which I loved because didn't have so much pressure! We ended up selling our truck in a few days and we're back to buy the truck! When we are ready to buy again we will come back and hopefully Charlie will be there! This dealer had the best prices and quality of vehicles!
