I have had a few Indian head massages and a full body massage from Kay. She really is fabulous, so good at listening to where you feel tension and then putting you at ease. I always come away so relaxed and chilled. I highly recommend.

Kayley is great at asking and listening to what areas require attention. Training 4/5 times a week means I have many aches and pains and Kayley helped me relax and soothe my muscles. Highly recommend!!

I had a head, neck and back massage with Kayley. She’s very professional, made me feel at ease, and very intuitively picked up on what my body needed. I carry a lot of tension in my upper back and she managed to work out the knots. She checked in with me regularly to make sure the pressure was ok. The head and neck massage was bliss - so relaxing! I can’t recommended Kayley enough :)
