I absolutely adore the entire staff here! Dr. Best is the BESTest! I know grammatically that's not a word but I couldn't think of anything else befitting to describe her!
The Dental Tech (female) that did my cleaning was very courteous, professional and ... has a great skillful touch in performing cleanings. It was a beautiful experience.
You need to reach your younger staff proper manners and etiquette. Some do this insulting childish thing with names, "Mr. Firstname" instead of attaching appropriate titles to my last name. I've earned a doctorate, if we're not on a friendly first name basis, then show me the respect of calling me Dr. LASTNAME. I also worry that my records will be misfired by these newer workers who don't know first from last names. It's happened before.

The dental visit was one of the most thorough I have ever had. I was not offered a free cleaning and my cast was messed up. However the location is close to my apartment.
