The billing system that your office subscribes to has always been extremely cumbersome. For the visit prior to this one, the wrong insurance company was billed and this has made bills and payment very confusing.
Everyone is great and frenzy don't change.
I love this dentist's office! I have been coming to this office for the past 26 years (since elementary school), and I've experienced nothing but the best service and treatment. Dr. Kaufman is a master of his craft and is always up to date on the newest dental technology. I really appreciate this. I also love Nina, one of his dental hygienists, who has been cleaning my teeth for years. She is very personable and is always making suggestions on how I can better care for my teeth. Nina is awesome and love when we can schedule appointments with her for the whole family. She does a great job making you comfortable, is effecient, and explains honestly where we may need to pay more attention with our brushing and flossing.
The ladies at the reception desk are the greatest, they put me at ease whine I walked through the door. And my doctor, I believe her name is Lisa and her assistant were EXCELLENT....I have never been so relaxed and comforted!!!!!
Dr. Best prescribed an antiobiotic for me and I would like her to know that there were no problems with it.Please thank her for this.

DR Kaufman was amazing! He was acutely aware of the tension I have being at the dentists office and he knew how to make it substantially less stressful. Well, I was generally happy to find someone who could help me on a Saturday, being from Germany for a week in Chicago. But when I start to think about the amount of money I had to pay for the treatment ... Actually the doctor took the temporary upper front denture out which had become loose.
