Great service, friendly staff and most importantly painless.
It would be helpful if I could know the cost of future work that the doctor thinks necessary. I no longer have dental insurance since my retirement and now pay fees that are considerably higher.
I was very comfortable from start to finish. Everyone was friendly,competent and professional.
Dr. Best is wonderful. Nina was the gentlest hygienist I have ever been treated by.

I was very sad to see Martin no longer was working for you; the reason I had always requested him was that he was very gentle during the cleanings. The dental hygenist I had this time I have had before and she is very very rough during the cleaning. I've never seen so much blood after washing out after she was done and the cleaning was actually painful. I love Dr. Kaufman and I would recommend him to everyone. His staff is diverse, my mouth and teeth felt great, and he explains everything and wants to make sure I have a great experience. Looking forward to my next appointment!
Overall I did not feel as comfortable this visit as my previous two visits. I guess there was a meeting that everyone was preparing for so I felt as if I was imposing on everyone. I understand that meetings happen in a doctors office but when staff members seem a bit frantic and in a bad mood that's not understanding. This could have been a rare case but I was not comfortable or made to feel as welcome as I had in the past.
