I began working with Kat to help with health anxiety that developed after the birth of my daughter. For various reasons, I wanted to avoid medication, and I’m so grateful I found her. Our RTT sessions have made such a difference — I feel calmer, happier, more present, and far less anxious. I’ve continued working with her on other areas of my life as well, and the positive impact has been incredible. I feel more in control and better equipped to handle whatever comes my way. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!
