We have have several houses with Katie homes for about 10 years. They’ve always been good. Recently though, the service has moved to a whole new level. Jamie has been working with us closely as we have done tenant changes and refurbs. The service has been exceptional, with Jamie updating us as things happen via WhatsApp. It’s all going smoothly, with helpful suggestions when one thing doesn’t work. Very happy customers.

Jamie has been excellent from the start and highly recommend! His communication is great and has been very informative. He has helped myself and housemates by going out of his way to make sure our needs are met. Jamie is friendly and down to earth which is just what you want.
