Kate has been great, both with my recovery from a snapped Achilles and in sorting out a longstanding shoulder problem (which another physio had failed to address). She is friendly and informal, complemented by her clear breadth and depth of professional knowledge and experience. I cannot recommend Kate highly enough.
I have recently joined Kate’s weekly circuit training class and I’ve never enjoyed a class so much (including the lovely ladies of course) , she always shares her knowledge and encourages you every step of the way throughout the session ,more importantly she takes the time to show you the exercise(repeatedly if need be) she has the patience of a saint , it’s also helped me understand myself and my body for the better Kate’s passion comes through every class thank you.Paula 🌻
