Couldn’t recommend this estate agents less. I moved into a property in July that had a pre-existing problem with damp. I was promised that there were works planned imminently to address this. In November, I flagged that the property was severely damp, with black mould in the fitted wardrobes, ceilings etc - anywhere connected to an external wall.
