Becoming Whole, Level 3, is a 7 step process that guides you to unlock hidden emotional pain or physical discomfort. I have gone through the process several times, I feel subtle shifts after each process is completed. I feel I have been listening to my body more, and have grown to deeply treasure my sacred vessel.
