I had a consultation regarding some on going health issues with Dr. Steffer. She was very patient and truly listened to my concerns, past medical history and answered all questions I had. She showed empathy and explained some upcoming procedures I will need in great detail. She put my anxiety at ease. She also gave me some referrals for different specialists when I asked her for suggestions. I would highly recommend her.
Dr Steffer was great.She listen to me while I told her my symptoms and then followed up with testing. She explained her diagnosis to me and gave me samples. Her staff was kind enough to call and check on me after treatment.
Dr. Steffer, is a very sweet person, she will answer any questions that you may have, and gets to the bottom of what your medical problems are!
I was scheduled with A different doctor that said they do colonoscopy first then meet with you after the results. I changed to my husband’s Dr Steffer and had a consultation first. Dr Steffer suggested since I had acid indigestion that they also do an endoscopy at the same time as colonoscopy to verify not any damage from that. She in fact found a black spot in my stomach and took a biopsy. I am very grateful to her for being thorough.
I love, love, LOVE everything about Dr. Steffer and the clinic. It does take some time to get in to see her but totally worth the wait. She worked me in recently after complaining of some issues that have come up. She listens really well to my needs and cares not only for my well being but her patients also. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a Gastroenterologist. Her clinical/clerical team are AWESOME! I love how everyone communicates together and they always have an answer.
My wife and I have both been to Dr. Steffer. Honestly, we wish all our doctors were just like her. Not only is she extremely competent, she’s one of the most pleasant people we've ever met.
