Dr. Karen Steffer is one of the best doctor/patient experiences I’ve had in a very long while. I was referred to her office in Southlake, TX, Feb. 2021. I’ve had 3 visits since and absolutely love the individual attention she provides each visit. I would like to also thank her nurse Janice who returns calls promptly. The entire Southlake office extends a welcoming feeling.
Dr. Steffer was fabulous to have as my doctor. She was thorough, compassionate and relatable. Procedure was on time and handled perfectly. Definitely would recommend to anyone anxious about a procedure.
Dr. Steffer is very caring, such a good listener. She made notes of my concerns, addressed each.
Karen Steffer and the staff in her office are very friendly. They make sure you are comfortable. They take time to answer your question & concerns and make sure your needs are met. This is the second time I have gone to her office and I will certainly continue to use her office for my medical needs.
