Dr Steffer has so many friendly people ,first thing walking inside the Office. She listens and answers any questions you might have :) Love her bedside manners ! Best of all makes me feel safe and taken care of. (She has great meds to knock you out ) haha Give her a try !!! Wonderful client !!
I had the audacity to complain about the staff treating me badly and she fired me as a patient. You better go in there and do whatever they say and hand over your money with a smile or they get testy. Find any other group to treat you, hopefully not like cattle to be milked for money.
Dr. Steffer has been my doctor for five years. She is always approachable and attentive. She has seen me through some tough times and been right on her diagnosis every time. I highly recommend her.
I am so thankful I have found Dr. Steffer! I have trauma in my history and finding a female doctor who could provide an all-female staff for procedures for me has not been easy. Dr. Steffer and her staff are all wonderful and I am finally getting the help that I have sought out for over a decade.
Dr. Steffer's office set up my first appointment in a timely manner. The office staff were all polite, friendly and very helpful. Dr. Steffer listened patiently to all my symptoms and history and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed and felt like she was on target with her diagnosis. I feel like I have found a doctor I can trust to take care of all my gastro needs.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Steffer for many years. She is an excellent physician and has a wonderful personality as well. She takes the time to talk to you and listens to you no matter what you need. Her staff is amazing. Wait time is minimal. I JUST LOVE HER!
As this was my first visit and unaware what to expect or what questions to ask, I discovered that Dr. Steffer and her team were inviting, courteous to my needs and very informative. From walking into the lobby, pre-check with nurse, and ending with the Dr. consultation, I knew I was in good hands. They provided data that was easy to understand and in this short time gained my confidence. To boot, I was able to schedule my procedure at my convenience. I give Dr Steffer and her team 5 Stars.
The front office staff were very helpful and encouraging as I wasn’t feeling well and had to fill out new patient paperwork. After a short wait I was taken to a room and the nurse was very pleasant and professional getting a few questions answered and then Dr. Steffer came in and was interested and asked questions to get to the heart of my problems.
