Dr. Steffer was very professional, attentive, and thorough. Dr. Steffer is only doctor to speak with me before and after a procedure. Made me know everything would go well. Very pleased with Dr. Steffer and staff. Very considerate.
Had such a great experience! Everyone was amazing! The Dr was empathetic and made sure I was taken care of! I felt wonderful the day after my procedure and they called to make sure I was fine. I’ve had this procedure many times but this was the best I’ve ever had! Thanks to the team and the amazing Dr!
1- Took a month to get an appointment to meet her and then another month to get the colonoscopy. 2- She performed a tear during the Upper endoscopy . I now have more swallowing problems than before. 3- I saw her 1 time after I awoke from the procedures. She pointed to the pictures. No other explanation, interaction or care. 4 - After labs were run I received call from the pharmacist saying my meds were ready. What meds? No call from the doctors office. Dr. Karen Steffer is one of the best doctor/patient experiences I’ve had in a very long while. I was referred to her office in Southlake, TX, Feb. 2021. I’ve had 3 visits since and absolutely love the individual attention she provides each visit. I would like to also thank her nurse Janice who returns calls promptly. The entire Southlake office extends a welcoming feeling.
Dr. Steffer was fabulous to have as my doctor. She was thorough, compassionate and relatable. Procedure was on time and handled perfectly. Definitely would recommend to anyone anxious about a procedure.
Dr. Steffer is very caring, such a good listener. She made notes of my concerns, addressed each.
Karen Steffer and the staff in her office are very friendly. They make sure you are comfortable. They take time to answer your question & concerns and make sure your needs are met. This is the second time I have gone to her office and I will certainly continue to use her office for my medical needs.
Dr. Steffer is outstanding. She listens and actually cares about my health. She is also thorough and attentive to my health.
