Professional, helpful, caring staff, from the initial appointment through the procedure. Was able to make my appointment and schedule my procedure quickly and easily, and was well-informed regarding what to expect.
I've had 2 visits to Dr. Steffer's office. Both times I was treated with dignity, compassion and caring. Dr. Steffer listened to my concerns and answered every question. I felt like she was 100% honest with me, which I appreciate. Nurses and receptionists were very nice. Office is clean with nice furnishings. Highly recommend!

Dr. Steffers is kind, patient and was open to learning about my disease which is a rare one. She obviously has looked at my chart and knows before she comes in the room what my weight is doing (dropping fast) and has a plan on how to address it. She never seems hurried or rushed which I appreciate, but she also runs on time.
