I was recommended Karen by a gentleman at the gym and without no doubt I’m glad he did. My first visit was 2 weeks before a marathon I was taking part in and I had been struggling with both knees for most of the 16 week training schedule, I had just put it down to an increase in running and was just something I had to live with. Karen is professional and knowledgeable. A very welcoming and friendly sports therapist. Karen is very thorough in assessing a clients needs and gets to the heart of the problem. A beautiful, clean treatment room in a quiet setting. Would highly recommend.

When conducting an assessment she talks you through the reasons why and is very knowledgeable about what she does.
