I worked with Karen a few weeks back and she was awesome. With her help and support I was able to get my nutrition back on track. Karen checked in with me daily and for this I am so grateful. Karen is a fabulous coach, she’s very helpful and dedicated. She’s steered me in the right direction when I’ve not known what to be eating and gave me plenty of options to choose from to snack on between meals. This is the best I’ve felt in years, I’ve more energy, feel good and my self confidence is beginning to build back up.
