I think of myself as extremely lucky to find a counsellor who is so clearly excellent at her job. Karen caused me to believe there was a way through my difficulties and i am pleased to report we got there. Her open, honest and empathetic approach suited me

Karen, over a few months of weekly sessions, has showed me several NLP and other techniques, to help me calm down obssessions I had with past childhood and life traumas. I can now more rationally view them and with a new perspective. This gave me a less confused pathway through some current problems I have.
