I love having this place just a few minutes walk from home. The staff are welcoming, friendly and warm. They pay attention to information I share regarding past injuries I've had, the room temperature is spot on - heating on during winter, a fan during summer. I walk out an hour later, feeling like I've just come back from holiday.
Update (26/07/25): Its interesting that the owner has responded quite promptly to the Google review and accused me of being "rude" despite never having interacted personally with me before. It would be lovely if they extended the same promptness to actually answering customer's calls - I just wanted to get a massage 25/07/25 Review They do not answer the phone. Tried two seperate days. I made an appointment this morning, no response, big organization.
Just had a massage here and it was lovely. The room was nice and dark with little lights and peaceful music, it was very welcoming and friendly environment and I will definitely be going back again
