We were blessed with a wonderful 3year old wonderful boy last week, thanks to the Kansas Humane Society in Wichita. It was a great experience, with very knowledgeable and helpful staff and we left with food, treats, collar, leash and a couple toys....we had no idea it was a one stop shop. Our new family member brings us so much joy and has adapted very quickly to his new home. We had been without a dog for a year and finally felt we were ready to fill this void. 8 months I’ve had this cat formally called “Cristabell”. Now called Dorothy, she is the sweetest cat to ever steal the hearts of even my dogs. Thank you Kansas Humane Society for bringing in this stray mama cat and giving her a second chance.
