RecommendedVery nice place. Clean, and nice staff. Adopted a cat named misty a few months ago and she’s the most sweetest cat I’ve ever owned.
Today was my first experience with adopting from KHS. I adopted "Peaches", a Torbie cat. The volunteers were friendly when explaining the adoption process and kept me updated on the wait process. They let me know the cat's specific situation and personality type, so I was able to choose the right kitty for my family (two small children and a dog). I was extremely happy with my experience and will definitely return if I decide to add to my family.
Our Fenway Bark is the love of our lives! The adoption process was so easy! adopt, dont shop!

Never had a beloved pet pass and need a cremation so I thought KHS would take care of us. They did not offer any other service even though I asked what services they had she stated no other than the $200+ urn they have pamphlets for on the desk. The receptionist said it would be up to 3 weeks and they would call. Great Place to adopt a pet.
Amazing knowledgeable staff that helped us find a perfect new fur baby for our home. They took extra time to help us find a match that worked for our kids and our German Shepherd, Peanut. Buttercup, (Pat) has been a great fit in our home. Thank you KHS!!
