The utter lack of caring you had for my friends and their sick cats they got from you was disrespectful. Those poor things haven't even been with them a week and when they brought them back to you because they had fevers they were told they could either take them back to the vet or surrender them back to you. You couldn't have your vet check them over and give them antibiotics? I guess not, because they were told you didn't have the resources to care for their animals. RecommendedThis is a great place to get a pet! I got my twinkle here back in June of this year and I haven’t been more happy then I am now! The staff is awesome and are always willing to answer any questions you have and they explain things to where you understand it! I have gotten other pets from here before and never been disappointed! They are polite and don’t look down their nose at people like pet shops do!!
they have wonderful workers and are very knowledgeable about the animals. I love my new puppy. will return in the future
The staff here are outstanding! my grand dog Pepper was adopted here.
they was very kind and understanding when we had to bring our fur baby in to let him cross over the rainbow bridge and so he would no longer suffer. and they sent us a sweet card a feed days later. thank you so much
Got a sweet dog from here but unfortunately I have discovered that I’m allergic to the dog and having health issues and they refuse to help me out in bringing the dog back in a timely manner
They lost their best director of all time....her replacement has really let things go My recent adoption netted me a sick dog who was spayed without first being bathed or even trimmed. From the infection that set in, I feel like the standard of care is lower than ever and that a clean environment is a decreasing priority. I cannot recommend the Kansas Humane Society at this time.
