The staff is always responsive, and communication has been seamless, giving our family peace of mind knowing that our loved one is in good hands. Kalcrest care will always be very close to my heart. My Nonna got very ill very quickly so she was able to come home and spend her last few months there. Kalcrest came over multiple times a day and didnt just help my Nonna, they also helped my grandad and all my family members by helping them remain positive and being a shoulder to cry on. I will never forget what they did for us, they were absolutely brilliant.
Kalcrest have some exceptional carers past and present, young and mature. They have been coming to me for the last four years and I can thoroughly recommend them. Emma, Samrina, Pam & Aimee all go above and beyond and have also formed a strong bond with my family.
Kalcrest Care provided end of life care for my mum in 2019. They made an extremely difficult time, a little bit easier. Richard, Andrew and their team are kind, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. My mum had 3 visits each day by their staff and they were always on time, polite, courteous and dealt with my mum very respectfully. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for my family, I am eternally grateful. Cannot recommend this business enough.
We was very worried about having carers in the house to start with. But this company has been absolutely amazing. sherie and iriria was the first carers my dad had. They hit it off straight away. So did the whole family with them. And now we have them among other carers who are all just as good. Couldn’t be happier with them.
