I have always been a Kaiser member for almost 50 years and have seen a remarkable improvement over time. I am very satisfied with all the Drs I have interacted with!
Apparently, even if you have horrible bedside manner and no regard for the elderly you can still be a Doctor at Kaiser. Shame on you Dr. David O'Dell for your rude, condescending and dismissive attitude towards my elderly mother today. She may be just one of dozens you have to see in one day but she is a person who like anyone, deserves respect and attention. Completely disgusted by our experience today.
Kaiser refuses to release all my medical records. They send me some things and say it includes everything, but then in the records they refer to other documents that aren't included. Filed complaint and they respond closing the complaint without even referring to the missing documentation.
Well usually I would rate higher but 6hrs and counting for my wife in ER despite surgeon having her come straight in for fluid on lungs. Still waiting and progressing slow
