"We will be with you shortly". was told to come back to their offices after taking an xray, and I've been waiting for over an hour, and every time I ask, they just keep saying the same thing, and bring in people who just got here instead of the ones who still need to get checked out.

I have never had a good experience at walnutCreek. When I was in labor the nurse never checked me and told me that I was too early didn’t know what labor felt like (because I had no kids). News flash I delivered the next morning. They tried to kill me not once but 4 times trying to give me morphine, which I’m highly allergic to. Fast forward, went into the er and they dismissed me, saying I just had gas go home. News flash appendix burst. Went to Antioch er.
