RecommendedI was in the emergency this morning & all I can say is dr. Brian Richard's & his early morning staff took care of of like no other, I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic, dr.richards with his team, I think the blonde hair nurse name was Cass, she amazing! an Asian dude brought me warm blankets & if I can make dr Richard's my dr forever I so would, very thorough, goes beyond ur emergency! thanx again u guys were wonderful & I'll never u!

the worst service out of all the Kaiser's I have taken my daughter to. We have been in the emergency room since 7PM it is now 12:20am all to give my 4 month old daughter a suppository, when I asked to speak to the head nurse about the wait and why my daughter hasn't been seen yet when patients who came in HOURS AFTER HER were seen right away and sent home HE TOLD ME TO RELAX. I am in so much pain with my left shoulder for over a month. Every steps took extremely long due to Covid excuse. It took 3 weeks from the date I had MRI done and wait for doctor to call me and let me know that I need surgery. I still don’t know when my surgery will be scheduled. It has been over a month since I saw my primary doctor with my left shoulder issue.
