Unbelievably horrible experience at Kaiser Walnut Creek ER right now. My mother is in extreme pain and incoherent. We've been waiting over an hour to see a doctor. RN Alex Pasini has been extremely condescending. Still waiting for Dr. Weingarten. We're Latino and we're not well dressed for this ER visit but it doesn't give you the right to condescend @kpmemberservice@kpmemberservice

The staff are all great caring people! I watched how well they treated my patient. I Love them!
I am having a hard time breathing. Both of my doctors are out of the office today, and when I called pullmonology no one answers. I almost died once because of one of your incompetent doctors.
Very disappointed...my daughter in law has been in and out of the ER with gastric issues, they had her overnight, this weekend for the same issues, we're supposed to do an UGI today, but basically told her they couldn't because they were too busy! Excuse me, but she was there and this needs to be taken care of! Then they discharged her ( she can't eat, by the way) out of her room and she had to wait outside for my son to pick her up! The staff at WCKMC is the friendliest and most professional I have ever encountered. Everyone from the volunteers to the doctors, nurses and medical departments' staff are focused on quality patient care and friendly interactions which made my stay extremely comforting and satisfying. Special kudos to doctors and staff at the Interventional Services Radiology Department. Their patient care and treatment is the best I have ever seen. Thank you all and God Bless.
