I had to go to Emergency today for the first time in my life. I have to say the entire staff - from the check in desk to the nurses, techs, doctors and X-ray staff were all incredible!!! Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, personable, and understanding.

I have been with the same Dr. for 15 years (John Muir) and my kids have had the same pediatrician 11 &15 years.we loved all of our Doctors. When I had to change my medical I was dreading having to go to Kaiser. From the very first visit for myself and my children I have had the best most professional doctors. I am amazed at how we have been treated from the clerks, pharmacy, doctors the entire staff.. Each time!! I'm so please with Kaiser, I would recommend them to everyone.
I just gave my doctor constructive feedback and he told me to go get another doctor. I'm struggling to breath and his response was get another doctor. The rest of his 2000 patients don't complain. I hate Kaiser
If you value your life you will run as far away from this organization as humanly possible. Their butcher shop practices are criminal
